Normally, four kinds of ultrasonic frequency will be defined by us:
No.1.Hard metal.Due to the hard surface of this material, ultrasonic frequency 25KHz-28KHz is suitable option.
No.2.Glass.The glass is strong, but it’s afraid of scratching. Many precision optic lens made by glass. However, most of our glasses made by complex material mixed with plastic and glass. So we suggest you choose ultrasonic frequency 40KHz as the machine’s frequency.
No.3.Precision semi- conductor. If your product’s material is more weakness than glass, then ultrasonic frequency 68KHz is a
better choice.
No.4.In the other hand, the ultrasonic frequency depends on the cleanliness grade of your products.If your product’s material didn’t include in upon level, then more than 100KHz will be used in the ultrasonic machine.
